FACTS WHAT DOES New Century Federal Credit Union DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

How does New Century Federal Credit Union protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does New Century Federal Credit Union collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • open an account or apply for a loan
  • pay your bills or use your debit card
  • provide account information or give us your contact information

New Century FCU Mobile App Information
New Century FCU Mobile App is powered by Fiserv - The app allows you to: get real-time balances for your accounts, manage your money, view your transactions and statements, make transfers, pay your bills, deposit a check, receive alerts, manage cards.

Location Information. If you have enabled location services on your phone and agree to the collection of your location when prompted by the Services, we will collect location data when you use the Services even when the app is closed or not in use; for example, to provide our fraud detection services. If you do not want us to collect this information, you may decline the collection of your location when prompted or adjust the location services settings on your device.

New Online banking LOGIN instructions:

When you log into for the first time after our upgrade, you will be required to follow the "enroll in online banking" process.

Your initial Login information is as follows:

You will be prompted to change your Login ID and Security Code.

Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Login ID and Security Code the next time you log into NEW CENTURY FCU's ONLINE BANKING.
